Summer Camp FAQs

Washington Outdoor School utilizes Sawyer, a registration platform. Registration and payment will done in one place!
If your child did not attend the 2024 Camp Session, Saywer will require you to create a new account.

Register by April 30th and receive a discount on weekly camp cost.

Register for all weeks of the School Age Camp session for a package discount.

Until May 31st: 20% of total tuition amount will be collected at the time of registration for Leadership, Preschool, and School Age Camps.
Beginning June 1st: Full tuition cost is due at time of registration.

Withdraw by May 31st to receive a refund. No refunds will be offered after this date.
Refund: Amount paid less 20% (up to a maximum of $100) and Administrative Costs noted on receipt.

A camper is considered a Resident if their family resides in Kittitas County full-time.
Families will be asked to confirm residency at check-out.

HopeSource scholarships must be received by May 24th to be applied to camp tuition balance.
Scholarships are unable to be applied after payment for tuition balance is processed.

WOS will continue to use Brightwheel during camp weeks to check campers in and out, communicate, and share photos.
If your child does not have an existing Brightwheel account with WOS, an invitation will be sent prior to your child’s first week of camp.
